The United States Grand Prix 1971 was the 11th round of the 1971 F1 season, and took place at the Watkins Glen in New York State, USA, on October 3rd.

François Cevert won the race after starting in the 5th position, followed by Jo Siffert, and Ronnie Peterson completing the podium with an expectacular comeback, all the way from the 11th position of the grid.

Jackie Stewart started from the pole position, but only managed to finish 5th.
