The Spanish Grand Prix 1970 was the 2nd round of the 1970 F1 season, and took place at the Jarama in Madrid, Spain, on April 19th.
Jackie Stewart won the race after starting in the 3rd position, followed by Bruce McLaren, and Mario Andretti completing the podium with an expectacular comeback, all the way from the 16th position of the grid.
Jack Brabham started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he suffered an engine malfunction, and had to retire on lap 61st.
