The San Marino Grand Prix 1995 was the 3rd round of the 1995 F1 season, and took place at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola, Italy, on April 30th.
Damon Hill won the race after starting in the 4th position, followed by Jean Alesi, and Gerhard Berger completing the podium.
Michael Schumacher started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he lost control and spun off the track, and had to retire on lap 10th.

From 1996 to 2002 the grid order was decided in a single qualifying session which would last 1 hour. During this time each driver had a maximun of 12 laps to set their best time.
This time around, Michael Schumacher managed to secure the pole position with a time of 1:27.274 seconds, 0.008 seconds faster than Gerhard Berger, who completed the first line of the grid.
