1992 Monaco Grand Prix

The Monaco Grand Prix 1992 was the 6th round of the 1992 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit de Monaco in Monte-Carlo, Monaco, on May 31st.

Ayrton Senna won the race after starting in the 3rd position, followed by Nigel Mansell, who originally had the pole position, and Riccardo Patrese completing the podium.

These included, Ivan Capelli, Johnny Herbert, Stefano Modena, and Pierluigi Martini, all of whom lost control and spun off the track, Gerhard Berger, Mika Häkkinen, Jean Alesi, Maurício Gugelmin, Andrea de Cesaris, Karl Wendlinger, and Gianni Morbidelli, all of whom experienced issues with the gearbox, Roberto Moreno, and Gabriele Tarquini, both suffered an engine malfunction, Olivier Grouillard, who had a transmission problem on lap 4, and Ukyo Katayama, and Perry McCarthy, both did not prequalify.
