1976 Monaco Grand Prix

The Monaco Grand Prix 1976 was the 6th round of the 1976 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit de Monaco in Monte-Carlo, Monaco, on May 30th.

Niki Lauda won the race from the pole, followed by Jody Scheckter, and Patrick Depailler completing the podium.

These included, Jacques Laffite, Clay Regazzoni, Ronnie Peterson, and Carlos Reutemann, all of whom had to retire due to an accident, Gunnar Nilsson, and James Hunt, both suffered an engine malfunction, Vittorio Brambilla, who suffered a suspension problem on lap 9, and Alan Jones, who retired dure to damage caused by a collision with other cars on lap 1.
