The Italian Grand Prix 1995 was the 12th round of the 1995 F1 season, and took place at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza in Monza, Italy, on September 10th.
Johnny Herbert won the race after starting in the 8th position, followed by Mika Häkkinen, and Heinz-Harald Frentzen completing the podium.
David Coulthard started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he lost control and spun off the track, and had to retire on lap 13th.

From 1996 to 2002 the grid order was decided in a single qualifying session which would last 1 hour. During this time each driver had a maximun of 12 laps to set their best time.
This time around, David Coulthard managed to secure the pole position with a time of 1:24.462 seconds, 0.564 seconds faster than Michael Schumacher, who completed the first line of the grid.
