The Hungarian Grand Prix 1992 was the 11th round of the 1992 F1 season, and took place at the Hungaroring in Budapest, Hungary, on August 16th.

Ayrton Senna won the race after starting in the 3rd position, followed by Nigel Mansell, and Gerhard Berger completing the podium.

Riccardo Patrese started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he suffered an engine malfunction, and had to retire on lap 55th.
