The German Grand Prix 1961 was the 6th round of the 1961 F1 season, and took place at the Nürburgring in Nürburg, Germany, on August 6th.

Stirling Moss won the race after starting in the 3rd position, followed by Wolfgang von Trips, and Phil Hill, who originally had the pole position, completing the podium.
