2000 French Grand Prix

The French Grand Prix 2000 was the 9th round of the 2000 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours in Magny Cours, France, on July 2nd.

David Coulthard won the race after starting in the 2nd position, followed by Mika Häkkinen, and Rubens Barrichello completing the podium.

Michael Schumacher started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he suffered an engine malfunction, and had to retire on lap 58th.
