The French Grand Prix 1971 was the 5th round of the 1971 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, France, on July 4th.

Jackie Stewart won the race from the pole, followed by François Cevert, and Emerson Fittipaldi completing the podium with an expectacular comeback, all the way from the 17th position of the grid.
