The European Grand Prix 1993 was the 3rd round of the 1993 F1 season, and took place at the Donington Park in Castle Donington, UK, on April 11th.

Ayrton Senna won the race after starting in the 4th position, followed by Damon Hill, and Alain Prost, who originally had the pole position, completing the podium.

These included, Rubens Barrichello, who had a fuel system failure on lap 70, Derek Warwick, Andrea de Cesaris, Jean Alesi, and Aguri Suzuki, all of whom experienced issues with the gearbox, Thierry Boutsen, who had a throttle issue on lap 61, Philippe Alliot, Karl Wendlinger, and Michael Andretti, all of whom retired dure to damage caused by a collision with other cars, Michael Schumacher, Mark Blundell, and Martin Brundle, all of whom lost control and spun off the track, Gerhard Berger, who suffered a suspension problem on lap 19, Jyrki Järvilehto, who on lap 13, and Ukyo Katayama, who had a problem with the clutch on lap 11.
