The Dutch Grand Prix 1984 was the 13th round of the 1984 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit Park Zandvoort in Zandvoort, Netherlands, on August 26th.

Alain Prost won the race from the pole, followed by Niki Lauda, and Nigel Mansell completing the podium with an expectacular comeback, all the way from the 12th position of the grid.

These included, Keke Rosberg, and Eddie Cheever, both run out of fuel, René Arnoux, who suffered from electrical problems on lap 66, Thierry Boutsen, who had to retire due to an accident on lap 59, Huub Rothengatter, who had a throttle issue on lap 53, Riccardo Patrese, Andrea de Cesaris, Jacques Laffite, Ayrton Senna, and Michele Alboreto, all of whom suffered an engine malfunction, Derek Warwick, and Manfred Winkelhock, both lost control and spun off the track, Marc Surer, who had a wheel problem on lap 17, Nelson Piquet, who suffered a loss in oil pressure on lap 10, and Piercarlo Ghinzani, who had a fuel pump failure on lap 8.
