The Dutch Grand Prix 1981 was the 12th round of the 1981 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit Park Zandvoort in Zandvoort, Netherlands, on August 30th.

Alain Prost won the race from the pole, followed by Nelson Piquet, and Alan Jones completing the podium.

These included, Michele Alboreto, René Arnoux, and Nigel Mansell, all of whom suffered an engine malfunction, Mario Andretti, who had to retire due to an accident on lap 62, John Watson, who had issues with the ignition on lap 50, Eddie Cheever, Riccardo Patrese, and Derek Daly, all of whom suffered a suspension problem, Jean-Pierre Jarier, who had a transmission problem on lap 29, Bruno Giacomelli, who experienced issues with a tyre on lap 19, Jacques Laffite, Carlos Reutemann, Didier Pironi, Patrick Tambay, and Gilles Villeneuve, all of whom retired dure to damage caused by a collision with other cars, and Andrea de Cesaris, who withdrew on lap 0.
