The Dutch Grand Prix 1976 was the 12th round of the 1976 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit Park Zandvoort in Zandvoort, Netherlands, on August 29th.

James Hunt won the race after starting in the 2nd position, followed by Clay Regazzoni, and Mario Andretti completing the podium.

Ronnie Peterson started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he suffered a loss in oil pressure, and had to retire on lap 52nd.

These included, Jacky Ickx, and Emerson Fittipaldi, both suffered from electrical problems, Boy Lunger, who had problems with the halfshaft on lap 63, Carlos Pace, and Jacques Laffite, both had an oil leak, Ronnie Peterson, who suffered a loss in oil pressure on lap 52, Harald Ertl, who lost control and spun off the track on lap 49, John Watson, who experienced issues with the gearbox on lap 47, Larry Perkins, Gunnar Nilsson, and Arturo Merzario, all of whom had to retire due to an accident, Carlos Reutemann, who had a problem with the clutch on lap 11, and Hans-Joachim Stuck, and Conny Andersson, both suffered an engine malfunction.
