1978 British Grand Prix

The British Grand Prix 1978 was the 10th round of the 1978 F1 season, and took place at the Brands Hatch in Kent, UK, on July 16th.

Carlos Reutemann won the race after starting in the 8th position, followed by Niki Lauda, and John Watson completing the podium.

Ronnie Peterson started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he had a fuel system failure, and had to retire on lap 6th.
