The British Grand Prix 1957 was the 5th round of the 1957 F1 season, and took place at the Aintree in Liverpool, UK, on July 20th.

Tony Brooks won the race after starting in the 3rd position, followed by Luigi Musso, and Mike Hawthorn completing the podium.

Stirling Moss started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he suffered an engine malfunction, and had to retire on lap 51st.
