1987 Brazilian Grand Prix

The Brazilian Grand Prix 1987 was the 1st round of the 1987 F1 season, and took place at the Autódromo Internacional Nelson Piquet in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on April 12th.

Alain Prost won the race after starting in the 5th position, followed by Nelson Piquet, and Stefan Johansson completing the podium.

Nigel Mansell started from the pole position, but only managed to finish 6th.
