The Belgian Grand Prix 1986 was the 5th round of the 1986 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Spa, Belgium, on May 25th.
Nigel Mansell won the race after starting in the 5th position, followed by Ayrton Senna, and Stefan Johansson completing the podium with an expectacular comeback, all the way from the 11th position of the grid.
Nelson Piquet started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he had a turbo failure, and had to retire on lap 16th.
