1968 Belgian Grand Prix

The Belgian Grand Prix 1968 was the 4th round of the 1968 F1 season, and took place at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Spa, Belgium, on June 9th.

Bruce McLaren won the race after starting in the 6th position, followed by Pedro Rodríguez, and Jacky Ickx completing the podium.

Chris Amon started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he had a problem with the radiator of the car, and had to retire on lap 8th.

These included, Jackie Stewart, who run out of fuel on lap 27, Jackie Oliver, who had a transmission problem on lap 26, Jo Siffert, who suffered a loss in oil pressure on lap 25, Piers Courage, and Jochen Rindt, both suffered an engine malfunction, Denny Hulme, and Graham Hill, both had problems with the halfshaft, John Surtees, who suffered a suspension problem on lap 11, Chris Amon, who had a problem with the radiator of the car on lap 8, Brian Redman, who lost control and spun off the track on lap 6, Richard Attwood, who had problems with the oil pipe on lap 6, Jack Brabham, who had a throttle issue on lap 6, and Jo Bonnier, who had a wheel problem on lap 1.
