The Austrian Grand Prix 1998 was the 10th round of the 1998 F1 season, and took place at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria, on July 26th.

Mika Häkkinen won the race after starting in the 3rd position, followed by David Coulthard, and Michael Schumacher completing the podium.

Giancarlo Fisichella started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he retired dure to damage caused by a collision with other cars, and had to retire on lap 21st.
