1977 Austrian Grand Prix

The Austrian Grand Prix 1977 was the 12th round of the 1977 F1 season, and took place at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria, on August 14th.

Alan Jones won the race with an expectacular comeback, all the way from the 14th position of the grid, followed by Niki Lauda, who originally had the pole position, and Hans-Joachim Stuck completing the podium.
