The Argentine Grand Prix 1960 was the 1st round of the 1960 F1 season, and took place at the Autódromo Juan y Oscar Gálvez in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on February 7th.
Bruce McLaren won the race with an expectacular comeback, all the way from the 13th position of the grid, followed by Cliff Allison, and Maurice Trintignant completing the podium.
Stirling Moss started from the pole position, but didn't manage to cross the finish line, as he suffered a suspension problem, and had to retire on lap 40th.
